About the role
- Business Analyst IT in alternance for Henner's IT service delivery in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Engaging with teams and clients to optimize operational excellence for 12 to 24 months.
Responsibilities
- Resolve operational challenges for our partners
- Serve as the primary liaison between teams and internal clients, ensuring smooth communication
- Handle operational incidents and manage them end-to-end
- Contribute to the evolution of partner services by collecting, prioritizing, and tracking their requests
- Resolve technical issues in support of development teams
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure operational excellence of our system
- Advise business stakeholders on the feasibility and value of potential functional enhancements.
Requirements
- You are pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Engineering (or equivalent) at a university or engineering school
- You are recognized for strong interpersonal skills and a genuine aptitude for teamwork
- You have a fluent command of English.
