About the role

  • Client Service member assisting customers with inquiries at Hellas Direct, an insurtech company. Responsible for answering calls, managing complaints, and providing accurate information.

Responsibilities

  • You will be part of the Client Service team and communicate with customers via phone calls or email.
  • Answer all basic inbound calls: policy questions, payment clarifications, claim guidance and complaints.
  • Log and triage requests: pass them to the correct MGA/agent.
  • Track complaints and create reports for management.
  • First-line support for MGAs: they can redirect smaller queries to our call center.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
  • Liaise with Product and Business Development teams to enhance our features.

Requirements

  • Experienced as an RCA & CASCO insurance agent, also being experienced in property insurance it will be considered a plus.
  • Certificate of Completion of Initial Professional Training for Insurance and/or Reinsurance Distributors, Executive Manager Professional Category.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Team player and creative thinker.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Business-oriented.
