- Clinical Director leading high-stakes healthcare engagement in the DACH region for AI Care Partner Heidi. Shaping strategic partnerships and driving commercial outcomes in healthcare systems.
Responsibilities
- Shape Heidi’s regional strategy and market-entry approach in partnership with global leadership.
- Identify system-level opportunities, care-model transformation initiatives, and high-value partnerships.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across ministries, regulators, health authorities, hospital networks, and clinical leadership.
- Convert strategic discussions into pilots, structured programs, and long-term adoption pathways.
- Represent Heidi’s clinical, operational, and AI capabilities in senior forums.
- Guide the design of use cases, evaluation metrics, governance structures, and clinical integration models.
- Build a national presence for Heidi through writing, speaking, digital media, and participation in industry forums.
- Secure high-impact hospital and health system partnerships with health systems and vendors that establish credibility and unlock scale.
- Partner with the Country GM, commercial leads, marketing, and global product leadership.
- Provide insights on health system structure, procurement processes, clinical governance requirements, and AI policy shifts.
- Translate clinical requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitals, health systems, digital health, medtech, healthtech, or government-facing healthcare roles.
- Strong enterprise and system-level networks across hospitals, ministries, clinical leadership, and/or channel partners.
- Proven ability to translate clinical or operational insights into commercial and strategic outcomes.
- High credibility in executive, clinical, and government settings; comfortable navigating long-cycle engagements.
- A 'builder' mindset - able to craft regional strategy, shape lighthouse opportunities, and help local teams execute.
- Thoughtful communicator with cross-cultural fluency: English and German essential.
