About the role

  • Assistant Regional Clinical Director overseeing clinical operations for ABA services provided to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Leading BCBAs and driving quality and effectiveness across multiple states.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all clinical, strategic, and operational matters within the region.
  • Work alongside and oversee BCBAs to ensure clinical quality, clinical integrity, and quality assurance metrics are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain support plans related to each state job performance and metrics.
  • Conduct weekly one on ones to review performance metrics and client files.
  • Ensure high-quality ABA therapy being delivered and best outcomes being achieved.
  • Participate in the development of and updating company-wide clinical systems aimed to monitor and improve clinical quality.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing for 5 years or more
  • 3-5 years minimum experience managing performance of other BCBA level clinicians
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing, leading, and/or overseeing business operations
  • Experience managing leaders.
  • Experience overseeing and supporting multiple locations.
  • Experience implementing and training in a variety of assessment tools, including both skills and adaptive assessments.
