About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for all onsite/offsite staff
- Collaborate with CEO to prepare and manage a budget
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with community partners
- Ensure clinical coverage by directing the assignment of clinical cases
- Maintain a small consumer caseload
- Serve as point of contact for communication responses from clients, families, and staff
Requirements
- Minimum of a master’s degree in human services, psychology, or counseling
- Valid license as a Certified Supervised Counselor (CSC-AD) or Certified Associate Counselor (CAC-AD)
- Minimum of 5 years’ management or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
- At least 5 years of clinical experience in an alcohol or other drugs or mental health setting preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience with operational budgeting
- Excellent working knowledge of EMR, COMAR standards, and clinical territory
- Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple actions while meeting deadlines
