About the role

  • Intern responsible for financial document processing and support in financial operations. Opportunity for students to build foundational experience in corporate finance.

Responsibilities

  • Post invoices, fiscal notes and other tax documents into the financial system, ensuring correct accounting classification and adherence to payment deadlines.
  • Assist in monitoring and controlling payments to suppliers, service providers, and reimbursements.
  • Support bank reconciliations by reviewing statements and identifying discrepancies.
  • Manage and verify the company's reimbursement system, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Organize and file physical and digital documents, keeping records up to date and accessible for audits and inquiries.
  • Provide support to the Accounts Payable team with daily administrative and financial tasks.
  • Assist in preparing basic financial control and tracking reports.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level).
