Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets for the assigned territory;
Increase territory sales and market share;
Differentiate Health Meds as a leader in its field, reinforcing our purpose.
Implement business plans and drive the achievement of sales targets for the assigned territory, accounts, or therapeutic areas;
Execute sales promotion plans for customers and stakeholders, delivering the right promotion to the right customer with the right message and appropriate frequency;
Adapt and optimize approach and communication styles during sales promotions;
Make effective use of available technologies and channels to engage customers with appropriate promotion of Health Meds products;
Use available tools and resources productively;
Monitor market trends, identifying customer needs and competitor movements;
Work within Integrity & Compliance policies and all company policies, and ensure others around you do the same;
Help ensure a diverse and inclusive environment, free from all forms of discrimination and harassment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
Valid driver's license (CNH);
Reside in Campinas or the surrounding region.
Intermediate English;
Solid professional experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry;
Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Experience with high-cost/specialty medications;
Strong professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
