Responsibilities
Proactively acquire new customers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, and prospectively in other European markets.
Build and maintain personal lead lists and actively research relevant industries and target contacts.
Manage the entire sales cycle: qualification, needs analysis, software demos, proposal development, contracts, and handover to delivery.
Ongoing management and expansion of your own customer portfolio, including up- and cross-selling.
Participate in internal trainings, webinars and knowledge-transfer sessions.
Requirements
Approximately 2 years of sales experience in the IT/digital/software sector
Experience with B2B software solutions
Enthusiastic and strong communicator — able to engage and connect with people
Technical understanding and a genuine interest in complex software solutions
Motivated to work with large enterprises
Resilient and solution-oriented — you persist despite obstacles
Self-motivated and well organized
Very good German and strong English skills
Willingness to travel: 5–8 client meetings per month within the DACH region
