Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable CTO, Tech Lead, or Head of Engineering role
- Deep understanding of modern software development, architectural principles, and agile project work
- Solid knowledge of modern web and cloud technologies
- Strategic vision and up-to-date awareness of relevant technology trends
- Passion for Artificial Intelligence (including generative AI) and machine learning
- Excellent communication skills and decisiveness
- Experience in stakeholder management and handling concurrent client projects
- Very good German and English skills
