Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational responsibility for the entire technology area
- Lead a team of 40–50 highly qualified developers
- Define technological standards and build the foundation for growth
- Develop and implement a future-oriented technology and AI strategy
- Establish standards for architecture, code quality, security and deployment
- Act as the company’s technical representative in key projects
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable CTO, Tech Lead, or Head of Engineering role
- Deep understanding of modern software development, architectural principles, and agile project work
- Solid knowledge of modern web and cloud technologies
- Strategic vision and up-to-date awareness of relevant technology trends
- Passion for Artificial Intelligence (including generative AI) and machine learning
- Excellent communication skills and decisiveness
- Experience in stakeholder management and handling concurrent client projects
- Very good German and English skills
