Responsibilities
Perform assigned full‑cycle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing, bank and credit card reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and journal entry preparation.

Participate in ad‑hoc projects by completing defined workstreams such as ledger cleanups or transaction reviews, following established guidance.
Aid in gathering the necessary information (e.g., W-9) throughout the year and preparing Form 1099 filings in January.
Assist with periodical bill pay process using cloud-based tools, such as Bill and Ramp.
Collaborate with team members by following documented workflows, contributing to process documentation, and sharing observations related to efficiency and automation.
Deliver professional client and internal support by responding to routine inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate, and communicating clearly with clients and offshore teams.
Engage in firm training, professional development, and team activities; attend meetings to support bookkeeping deliverables and build understanding of how financial data informs budgeting and performance analysis.
Requirements
1+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience (no degree required).
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits, and their application in bookkeeping.
Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow established procedures consistently.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, proactively ask questions and seek feedback.
Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks within established processes and timelines.
