About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead a Commercial Lines underwriting unit, including coaching, training, staffing, and performance management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Insurance Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of five years of Commercial Lines underwriting experience.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Professional designations such as AU or CPCU preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with business applications and keyboarding skills.
- A leadership mindset focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
