Responsibilities
Contribute to the end-to-end design of digital products
Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders
Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes
Conduct usability tests, customer interviews, and data-driven evaluations
Translate complex insurance journeys into simple, human-centred experience patterns
Present design work clearly and confidently to stakeholders
Requirements
Experience designing digital products, ideally within consumer-facing or fintech/insurance environments
Confident with standard design tools (Figma, FigJam, Make, etc.)
Highly collaborative and comfortable working in cross-functional teams
Understanding of UX principles, UI best practices, and responsive design
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and balance multiple priorities
Clear communication skills, both visually and verbally
