  • Collaborate with recruiting teammates to ensure processes are consistent and scalable

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, admin assistance, customer service or operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system
  • Highly organized with management of multiple tasks
  • Friendly, clear, and professional communication style
  • Ability to solve problems independently and adjust quickly
