Responsibilities
New client acquisition: Independently identify potential customers and proactively engage them to initiate business.
Stakeholder management and discovery: Build and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers and perform in-depth analysis of business pain points to develop tailored solutions.
Proposal and negotiation management: Create compelling proposals, lead negotiations confidently, and bring deals to a close.
Stakeholder orchestration: Coordinate presales, architecture, and delivery—ensuring alignment across teams and driving execution.
Market and trend monitoring: Identify new opportunities, analyze competitors, and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
Partner and campaign work: Develop and optimize playbooks, implement them in campaigns, and collaborate closely with marketing and technology partners.
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales or the motivation to quickly grow into the role.
Hunter mentality: You enjoy winning new customers and closing deals.
Experience in strategic consulting for IT solutions such as Microsoft technologies (e.g., M365, Azure) or in process automation; alternatively, a solid understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
Openness to innovation and enthusiasm for our focus areas: process automation, cloud, AI, and collaboration.
Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade stakeholders at all levels.
Structured, self-directed working style and confident use of CRM tools.
Very good German (C2) and solid English (B2).
Willingness to travel within Germany/Austria/Switzerland (D/A/CH).
