About the role
- Junior Financial Controller at HANS IM GLÜCK supporting budget planning and financial reporting. Collaborate with the finance team to enhance reporting and controlling processes.
Responsibilities
- Support in budget planning, forecasts and multi-year planning
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly management reporting
- Perform and prepare variance analyses (P&L and balance sheet)
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports (e.g., in Excel or Power BI)
- Participate in the development of controlling processes and tools
- Support cross-departmental projects
- Take on independent sub-areas and projects depending on experience and development.
Requirements
- Completed degree in economics with a focus on finance/controlling or an equivalent professional qualification
- Initial relevant practical experience in controlling or finance (up to approx. 2 years)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office 365 (especially Excel)
- Prior experience with LucaNet and DATEV is an advantage
