About the role

  • Controller implementing process management and financial analysis utilizing AI tools in Munich. Involves co-managing accounts receivable and cost optimization tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage the rebate process, including billing and control mechanisms
  • Further develop financial/controlling dashboards using AI and BI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Qlik Sense)
  • Cost control and optimization, including insurance management
  • Accounts receivable accounting for the Frankfurt location (approx. 50%), including open-items control, dunning, direct debit processing and credit checks

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration and a solid command of standard business software
  • Initial professional experience, ideally in retail/commerce, and knowledge of DATEV
  • Strong numerical aptitude, enthusiasm for varied tasks, and proven team spirit and flexibility
  • Structured, organized and independent way of working
