Kenntnisse in Jira Service Management oder ähnlichen Ticketing-Systemen
Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich)
Gutes IT-Verständnis und Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Software einzuarbeiten
