Requirements

- Strong skills in system and API design, distributed systems and scalable architectures
- Demonstrated ability to improve engineering practices for a team or chapter
- High degree of product thinking: comfortable with hypotheses, metrics, experimentation and stakeholder trade-offs
- Language: German at C1 level and strong English for collaboration and communication
