WEG-Buchhalter*in managing property management tasks in a digital environment. Overseeing ongoing accounting and liaising with stakeholders for effective operations in Stuttgart.
Responsibilities
Independently manage ongoing rental and condominium (WEG) accounting, including posting all transactions, account reconciliation and maintenance of all master data
Full handling of invoicing and payment processes, including verification/coding, payment runs, apportionment of charges and preparation for invoice audits
Preparation of all relevant statements: homeowners' association fee statements, operating and service charge statements, monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, income/expense statements and VAT advance returns
Responsible for owner and tenant changes including security deposit settlements and processing ownership transfers
Central point of contact for WEG administrators, owners, advisory boards, service providers and authorities, as well as independent, fair and service-oriented dunning (debt collection and reminders)
Actively shape our digital accounting processes: use modern tools, continuous optimization and participation in projects to further develop our WEG and rental accounting
Requirements
Completed commercial training or degree in accounting, finance or real estate management
Initial experience in condominium (WEG), rental or property accounting
Knowledge of accounting/payment transactions, WEG law, and real estate and receivables management is an advantage
Strong numerical aptitude, structured working style and high reliability
Enjoys professional interaction with owners, tenants and partners; service-oriented demeanor
Experience with impower is a plus but not required
