Responsibilities
- Work with the Solution Architect, delivery team and VMO in onboarding the external vendors
- Focus on customer/client/business relationship - overseeing system changes
- Provide guidance to the team and ensure that the team is working in accordance with the agreed project plan
- Identify potentials risks and issues that could impact project success
- Develop mitigation strategies to reduce risks and issues identified
- Manage Change Requests
- Track and lead day to day execution of the projects
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges
- Ensure that the project meets the required quality standards
- Act as liaison between the test team and existing business system owners
- Maintain thorough project documentation
- Ensure a smooth transition of project to production support teams
Requirements
- Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years experience
- Extensive experience of working for large IT services/IT outsourcing companies with SAP Implementation
- Strong client facing experience
- Consultancy experience of working in any SAP module for at least 3-4 years
- 5–6 years of Project Management experience, with a solid track record of leading complex initiatives
- Decisive leadership skills
