Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop highly scalable and resilient backend systems
- Lead the design and implementation of integrations with server management platforms
- Develop orchestration solutions for storage systems
- Engineer and optimize L2/L3 networking programming
- Integrate backend systems with major cloud platforms
- Define and enforce best practices in software architecture
- Mentor and guide engineers, conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- Expert-level proficiency in Java, Groovy, or other JVM languages
- Hands-on experience with BMC/Redfish protocols for server management
- Knowledge of storage technologies: Fibre Channel (FC) and iSCSI
- Skills in L2/L3 networking programming: Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/IP, routing, and switching
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and cloud-native architectures
- Proven track record in designing and implementing microservices and plugin-based architectures
- Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies on Linux or VMWare platforms
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
