Responsibilities

Define and track metrics for operational excellence.
Requirements
8–10+ years in Marketing Operations, Agency Operations, or Business Transformation roles within a global enterprise.
Deep, 'under-the-hood' expertise in Adobe Workfront (including Workfront Fusion).
Certification or expert-level experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile Marketing methodologies.
Practical experience implementing AI tools (Generative AI for content, AI for resource prediction) within a marketing workflow.
The ability to translate complex technical workflows into business value for the CMO and other C-suite stakeholders.
