About the role

  • Marketing Workflow Transformation Leader developing efficient marketing operations for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Leading teams to eliminate operational friction and integrate AI solutions across global marketing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of the global marketing lifecycle.
  • Design and implement a 'frictionless' workflow that connects strategy, creative production, and execution.
  • Act as the Executive Architect for the Workfront platform.
  • Transform it from a project tracking tool into a Command Center with real-time visibility.
  • Identify and deploy AI/ML or RPA solutions to automate high-volume, repetitive tasks.
  • Lead the cultural shift toward a 'digital-first' workflow and ensure adoption of the modernized model.
  • Define and track metrics for operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in Marketing Operations, Agency Operations, or Business Transformation roles within a global enterprise.
  • Deep, 'under-the-hood' expertise in Adobe Workfront (including Workfront Fusion).
  • Certification or expert-level experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile Marketing methodologies.
  • Practical experience implementing AI tools (Generative AI for content, AI for resource prediction) within a marketing workflow.
  • The ability to translate complex technical workflows into business value for the CMO and other C-suite stakeholders.
