About the role

  • Marketing Specialist producing strategic content and amplifying digital channels for brand visibility and market authority. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and manage content for multiple formats: articles, blogs, newsletters, videos, whitepapers, e-books, scripts, and presentations.
  • Structure editorial briefs, content calendars, and briefings aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Conduct interviews with internal experts to turn complex topics into clear, relevant narratives.
  • Ensure SEO and performance-oriented writing best practices.
  • Plan and execute the corporate social media strategy together with a partner agency (with a strong focus on LinkedIn).
  • Create posts, develop editorial lines, schedule content, and monitor interactions.
  • Track and analyze metrics to optimize performance and increase reach and engagement.
  • Support spokespeople in developing a strategic digital presence.
  • Develop and update commercial materials: presentations, one-pagers, datasheets, case studies, and pitch scripts.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Pre-sales to support the sales cycle.
  • Connect content to customer journey stages and demand generation needs.
  • Create and maintain strategic narratives that reinforce brand and executive authority.
  • Produce, together with the Press Office/PR team, opinion pieces, bylined articles, market analyses, and other high-value content.
  • Monitor marketing, social, and PR KPIs, preparing clear, decision-oriented executive reports.
  • Operate management, automation, CMS, and visual-creation tools (according to the company's stack).
  • Actively participate in planning meetings, OKR sessions, and demand prioritization.

Requirements

  • Experience producing B2B and/or technology content.
  • Strong command of copywriting, storytelling, and SEO.
  • Previous roles focused on content and corporate social media.
  • Creation of sales enablement materials.
  • Experience with thought leadership: strategic articles, spokesperson positioning, and industry analysis.
  • Experience in PR and media relations.
  • Experience with tools such as: Office 365 (especially PowerPoint), Figma or Canva, social/analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Suite, etc.), knowledge of digital metrics and dashboard creation, and familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
  • Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of prior experience as described.
  • Preferred experience in technology, innovation, or B2B/B2G service companies.
  • English (proficiency).
