Responsibilities
External: strengthen HPE’s awareness and reputation in the German market
Internal: foster strategic clarity and a genuine sense of belonging among employees
Internal, executive and press communications in Germany, closely aligned with global communications plans
Create communication materials, e.g., speech scripts, presentations, social media posts, videos, internal emails, press releases, and specialist articles
Editorial and technical management of the intranet
Social-media communications for the GmbH managing directors and, if applicable, other executives
Plan and organize internal and external events (e.g., town halls, ATMs, press roundtables)
Requirements
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Native-level German language proficiency
Strong sense of layout and design beyond the ordinary
Proficiency with common video, graphic and desktop-publishing tools
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence advising senior leaders
Initiative and creativity
Ability to tolerate periods of high workload
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience in communications or journalism
