About the role
- SailPoint IIQ Developer at Guardian, responsible for developing identity governance solutions and integrating various systems. Requires 4-7 years of IAM experience and strong technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize SailPoint IIQ components (workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, provisioning).
- Configure JML lifecycle, RBAC, and access request processes.
- Automate provisioning and integrations using Python/PowerShell and REST APIs.
- Integrate IIQ with AD/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and databases.
- Support governance processes including SoD, access reviews, and audit compliance.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in IAM.
- Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development.
- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML/JSON.
- Experience with REST APIs, automation scripting, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, JML, provisioning, certifications).
- SQL knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server).
- Exposure to Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Terraform/Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes is preferred.
- SailPoint certification is a plus.
