Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of Guardian’s products and job responsibilities
Assist in performing financial and non-financial analysis and make recommendations
Support departmental rotation every 18 to 24 months
Identify areas of improvement regarding procedural and/or technical aspects of projects
Complete assignments on time and according to specifications provided by your supervisor
Strive towards completion of assignments independently, recognizing when managerial guidance is needed
Actively seek and take on additional challenges to grow professionally
Use internal and external data sources to understand industry trends, clients, competitors, and regulatory environment
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Excel
Some experience modeling in AXIS is a plus
Understanding of the interaction between assets and liabilities in actuarial models would be advantageous
