Operations Specialist driving revenue growth through conference-related sales program execution. Collaborating with Conference, Marketing, Services, and other partners to enhance and create effective programs.
Responsibilities
Become an expert on GBS objectives and business needs
Collaborate with the conference and marketing teams on planning and execution of sales best practices for key growth programs
Support execution of long-term strategic priorities and pilots
Help identify and manage roadmap of enhancements for each program
Build trust-based partnerships with sales leaders and cross-functional business partners
Proactively identify opportunities to standardize/improve processes
Own creation of new scalable globally consistent programs/processes
Conduct analysis to identify gaps and opportunities, evaluate solutions, and drive continuous improvement
Summarize key insights for sales teams and review underlying data for accuracy
Seek feedback regularly and embrace best practices in analytics, reporting and communication
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
2-4 years total business experience
Previous internal experience preferred; previous sales experience or experience supporting sales a plus
Strong project management skills including organization, meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable next steps
Strong written/oral communication skills and professional presentation when interacting internally
Quick learner with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and intellectual curiosity
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in enterprise tools such as Microsoft Office for data analysis and presentation building
