Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing state of the art Large Language Model (LLM) based agents
- Using advanced Generative AI techniques to derive actionable insights from unstructured text data
- Predicting client interest based on their digital footprint
- Leveraging statistical and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from client retention data
- Developing customer churn prediction models
- Building tools to process structured and unstructured data
- Engineering features and signals to train ML model
Requirements
- BS required/ MS preferred; in Computer Science or other technology, Math, Physics, Statistics or Economics
- 4 years’ experience in data science methodologies as applied to live initiatives or software development
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in python coding and statistical analysis
- Minimum 2 years working experience in several of the following:
- o Prompt Engineering and working with LLMs
- o Machine Learning and statistical techniques
- o Data mining and recommendation systems
- o Natural Language Processing and Information Retrieval
- o Experience working with large volumes of data
- o User behavior modeling
