About the role

  • Data Scientist developing and implementing LLM-based agents and leveraging AI techniques to improve client value. Collaborating on project challenges in a dynamic, start-up environment at Gartner.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing state of the art Large Language Model (LLM) based agents
  • Using advanced Generative AI techniques to derive actionable insights from unstructured text data
  • Predicting client interest based on their digital footprint
  • Leveraging statistical and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from client retention data
  • Developing customer churn prediction models
  • Building tools to process structured and unstructured data
  • Engineering features and signals to train ML model

Requirements

  • BS required/ MS preferred; in Computer Science or other technology, Math, Physics, Statistics or Economics
  • 4 years’ experience in data science methodologies as applied to live initiatives or software development
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in python coding and statistical analysis
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in several of the following:
  • o Prompt Engineering and working with LLMs
  • o Machine Learning and statistical techniques
  • o Data mining and recommendation systems
  • o Natural Language Processing and Information Retrieval
  • o Experience working with large volumes of data
  • o User behavior modeling
