About the role

  • Develop and manage the media delivery schedule for projects;
  • Ensure delivery of commercialized projects;
  • Ensure complete satisfaction of B2B clients (brands/agencies), encouraging contract renewals;
  • Handle adversities, assess and mitigate risks, and propose solutions;
  • Maintain regular contact with sales executives and other internal teams to align on deliverables;
  • Hold recurring meetings to discuss project execution, verify and monitor deliveries;
  • Provide client support and monitor deliverables using project management tools;
  • Create recurring post-sales materials for projects and conduct presentations aimed at driving repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related fields;
  • Experience in customer service, project management or post-sales support for B2B clients;
  • Strong ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of media and project management;
  • Organizational skills and experience producing project tracking reports;
  • Experience with tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.
