About the role
- Product Owner managing mobile app development for Grupo Panvel. Collaborating with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the mobile app backlog, balancing business objectives, product metrics and technical feasibility;
- Translate business needs into clear, well-structured requirements, considering architecture, performance, security and scalability;
- Work closely with Tech Leads and developers to define technical solutions;
- Ensure the technical quality of deliverables, aligned with mobile engineering and architecture best practices;
- Monitor and evolve product metrics (conversion, engagement, performance, stability), driving continuous improvements;
- Conduct technical and functional refinement sessions with the team;
- Coordinate deliveries across squads and integrations with backend systems and external services;
- Support decisions related to the app’s architecture and technological evolution;
- Ensure clear documentation of requirements, technical decisions and acceptance criteria;
- Act as a bridge between business, UX, Data and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a similar role for digital products;
- Strong technical understanding of mobile development (e.g., React Native), APIs and software architecture;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar);
- Ability to discuss technical solutions with engineering teams;
- Experience defining and tracking product metrics and performing data analysis;
- Impact-driven prioritization skills;
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in e-commerce or high-traffic mobile applications;
- Knowledge of microservices architecture;
- Experience with mobile analytics tools (GA4, Firebase or similar);
- Experience with CI/CD and continuous delivery processes;
- Knowledge of mobile UX.
