About the role

  • Remuneração Analyst overseeing compensation structures and salary practices in a hybrid role at Grupo GSH. Involves analysis, reporting, and policy implementation across HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct compensation structure studies and analyses of job levels, profiles, requirements, and job descriptions.
  • Develop and maintain salary tables, pay ranges, and fixed and variable compensation policies.
  • Perform salary alignment analyses, market competitiveness studies, and compensation curve assessments.
  • Participate in salary and benefits surveys, analyzing market practices and proposing adjustments.
  • Support the design and review of job and career path plans.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics related to compensation (variances, budget, headcount, movements, etc.).
  • Calculate and monitor variable compensation programs, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations to support decision-making by the People Management area and executive board.
  • Ensure governance of salary movement, promotion, and meritocracy processes.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and documentation.
  • Conduct financial impact analyses for adjustment requests, restructurings, and new positions.
  • Contribute to defining recognition, retention, and pay equity policies.
  • Keep job records, career tracks, and organizational structures updated in HR systems.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Compensation.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, comparative analyses, and database organization.
  • Experience with HR/payroll systems (Totvs) is desirable.
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools for analysis and dashboards is desirable.
