About the role

  • Senior PMO Analyst at Grupo Conduzir, enhancing project management methodologies in neurodiversity focus. Collaborating for project efficiency and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Define, implement and sustain project management methodologies (traditional, hybrid or agile), ensuring their application and continuous improvement.
  • Support strategic planning by breaking down objectives into indicators, initiatives and projects, and monitor execution and review cycles.
  • Assist leadership in translating strategy into clear, objective and measurable operational plans.
  • Consolidate, maintain and provide visibility to the project portfolio, ensuring prioritization, strategic alignment and support for decision-making.
  • Structure and monitor indicators, KPIs, dashboards and rituals, ensuring transparency, cadence and results management.
  • Define and sustain risk management (operational and strategic), ensuring identification, monitoring and integration with projects and strategy.
  • Map, analyze and redesign processes, promoting standardization, efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a facilitator between departments, promoting integration, fluid communication and reduction of operational silos.
  • Act as a reference and contribute to the evolution of a project-, process- and results-driven culture through application and dissemination of methodologies, training, guidance and best practices, consolidating organizational standards, policies and guidelines.
  • Support organizational transformation initiatives, including review of structures and workflows, ensuring value capture, efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Project Management, Quality, Engineering or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Quality, Processes or related areas.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PMO or in project management, quality and/or auditing.
  • Knowledge of project management, quality and/or audit tools and intermediate Excel.
  • Nice to have:
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Management and additional certifications or training in project, process and management tools.
  • Experience as a PMO or in project management, quality and/or auditing within healthcare or education organizations.
  • Knowledge of methodologies (PMBOK, BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, among others) and advanced Excel.
