Facilities Analyst coordinating services for a neurodiverse support organization. Managing quality assurance and procurement for facilities operations.
Responsibilities
Request and monitor services and suppliers for Hard Services and Soft Services, ensuring delivery according to established standards;
Support the organization and standardization of area processes and routines;
Execute the corporate purchasing flow for materials and services according to internal guidelines, from creating purchase orders to controlling invoices in the Oracle system;
Support management of contracts and legal documents (operating permits, licenses, AVCB — Fire Prevention and Protection Certificate —, among others);
Support IT management (equipment, telephony and internet) with suppliers;
Ensure the upkeep and quality standards of the facilities infrastructure, supporting preventive maintenance actions as well as renovation projects, adaptations of current spaces and unit expansions.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with procurement.
Differentials:
Postgraduate studies or complementary courses in Health Law.
Experience in a corporate environment with health operators and experience with regulatory activities, contracts, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and Compliance.
Additional training: Short courses related to Facilities, project management, agile methodologies and/or currently enrolled in a specialization in Project Management or related areas.
Experience: Experience in Facilities and in unit renovation projects.
