Responsibilities
Analyze the portfolio blocked for quality reasons, follow up on remediation actions and issue forms for rework and/or disposal.
Manage rejections and related corrective actions.
Perform forecasts/previews and coordinate actions to ensure the weekly production schedules of the production plan according to priorities.
Monitor the DE/PARA (from/to mapping) process.
Execute deployments, balance allocations between sites, manage transfers and ship materials.
Issue requests to block items in the portfolio.
Create planning scenarios to support decision-making through analysis of trade-offs between production options and potential disposals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
Experience in planning.
Experience in inventory management.
Experience with S&OE.
Knowledge of the Supply Chain (end-to-end processes).
Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
Desirable: experience with process automation or advanced spreadsheet skills.
Desirable: experience with SAP.
