About the role

  • Logistics Specialist analyzing complex scenarios and developing strategic work plans for Grupo Boticário's logistics processes. Implementing projects to innovate and enhance efficiency in logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analyzing complex scenarios, identifying trends, and developing strategic work plans;
  • Map critical processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose future-state scenarios within logistics intelligence and efficiency projects;
  • Responsible for implementing and analyzing results of proofs of concept (POCs) for strategic logistics projects;
  • Organize and implement high-complexity projects (using standard and/or agile methodologies);
  • Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders and project pillars to discuss and make decisions related to logistics innovation projects;
  • Evaluate and prioritize project activities based on strategic impact, feasibility, and alignment with objectives;
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making;
  • Act as the link between organizational logistics strategy and project execution;
  • Apply risk management methodologies and develop mitigation strategies;
  • Identify opportunities within projects, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions;
  • Conduct feasibility studies to support strategic decisions. Design business cases for new solutions to assess preliminary viability and ensure governance of logistics pre-projects.

Requirements

  • Professional experience: Roles involving management of complex, long-term projects in logistics or supply chain;
  • Experience with projects involving the development of new processes and technologies;
  • Completed degree in Engineering, Logistics, Data Science, Automation, Economics, Mathematics, Systems Analysis, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and planning tools;
  • Proactive and self-starting in project management and cross-functional interactions;
  • Assertive communication skills and adaptability in project execution;
  • Language: Fluent spoken and written English is essential;
  • Availability for occasional travel;
  • Advantage: Experience working in logistics operations for distribution centers and warehouses;
  • Advantage: Knowledge of PMBOK and/or Agile. PMP certification.
