About the role
- Logistics Analyst responsible for critical cost analysis and KPI monitoring at Grupo Boticário. Collaborating across operations and providing executive reports on logistics performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform critical analysis of logistics costs, linking them to operational levers and identifying variances, trends, and improvement opportunities;
- Investigate and explain the main causes of budget variances, proposing corrective and preventive actions;
- Monitor and analyze logistics cost performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with established objectives;
- Prepare and present executive reports communicating results clearly and objectively;
- Lead and participate in critical review meetings with operations, presenting results and discussing opportunities and challenges;
- Actively participate in the budgeting process by building simulations with scenarios based on business and operational assumptions;
- Map risks and opportunities related to Logistics' financial performance, developing action plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities;
- Collaborate with other areas such as Transportation, PFO, Procurement, and Channels to ensure synergy and process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience with data analysis tools is desirable;
- Knowledge and experience with SAP preferred;
- Knowledge of logistics performance indicators (KPIs).
