About the role

  • Analista Logistica I responsible for auditing freight costs and managing data analysis at Grupo Boticário. Collaboration with finance and logistics teams to enhance payment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Freight Audit: Perform detailed verification of transport documents (CTe) and invoices, ensuring charges fully comply with negotiated rates and executed services.
  • Financial Closing: Execute the accounting closing process related to freight costs, ensuring integrity of accounting entries.
  • Provisioning and Reconciliation: Perform monthly expense provisioning and reconciliation of freight invoices, proactively identifying and correcting discrepancies to avoid undue impacts.
  • Payment Management: Monitor the payment flow, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining healthy financial relationships with carriers.
  • Data Intelligence: Manipulate and analyze large datasets to provide visibility, generate KPIs, and support management decision-making.
  • Partner Interface: Interact with areas such as Finance, IT, and Procurement to unblock processes and optimize interfaces across multiple systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support the sustainability and evolution of freight payment workflows.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Experience with freight audit routines, financial closing, provisions, and accounting reconciliations.
  • Problem-Solving Methodologies: Knowledge of continuous improvement and root-cause analysis tools such as PDCA and Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt is a plus).
  • Excel/Data: Advanced ability to transform raw data into strategic information (Google tools are a plus).
  • Systems: Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Plus: Knowledge of the Multi CTe system and experience in the transportation/logistics sector.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Curitiba/PR.
