About the role
- Senior Systems Analyst ensuring operational support and proper functioning of Linx systems. Collaborating on incident resolution and participating in continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Work on the support and maintenance of Linx systems (e.g., Linx ERP, Linx POS or related modules), ensuring proper operation in production environments.
- Provide second- and third-level support, analyzing and resolving complex incidents and problems.
- Investigate root causes of recurring failures, proposing and implementing permanent solutions.
- Perform technical and functional analyses, assessing impacts, risks and dependencies of system changes.
- Manage tickets, changes and incidents following ITIL best practices.
- Support system updates, fixes, patches and version upgrades for Linx systems.
- Interact with vendors, especially Linx technical support, for escalation and follow-up of issues.
- Document processes, workflows, configurations and technical solutions.
- Support key users and business areas, translating operational needs into system solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, process automation and optimization of system usage.
- Serve as a technical reference, supporting the training and development of less-experienced analysts.
Requirements
- Solid experience in supporting Linx systems.
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of Linx modules relevant to the business (retail, ERP, POS, backoffice, among others).
- Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL Server or Oracle).
- Ability to analyze logs, integrations and system interfaces.
- Knowledge of retail, financial, tax, inventory or logistics processes (depending on company context).
- Experience in critical production environments.
- It is a plus if you have:
- • Experience in large-scale retail environments.
- • Experience in Linx system implementations or migrations.
- • Knowledge of integrations via APIs or messaging platforms.
