Responsibilities
As an Architect (m/f/d) / Civil Engineer (m/f/d) you will operate within project management as the client's representative or as project control for our building construction projects.
The main focus is on the design and upgrading/qualification of a wide variety of existing buildings as well as on new-build projects within our park facilities and forward-looking projects in Berlin.
Independently lead projects (organizationally, economically and technically)
Assume the client’s responsibilities in the role of the public client for building construction measures
Project control in planning and construction (with a focus on building construction)
Project management responsibility in all phases of project development and implementation (financing, planning, approvals, construction, project evaluation, reporting)
Work cost-consciously within a fixed budget.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position and solid knowledge of public construction projects
Experience in conceptual work and project development
Preferably sound knowledge of procurement regulations (VOB, UVgO, VgV, etc.) and HOAI as well as of verification procedures related to public building projects (e.g. VPU, BPU, ABau)
Understanding of complex interrelationships and strong organizational skills
Independent, proactive, prudent and absolutely reliable working style
