- Experience with professional liability, UIM/UM coverage, life, health, and disability matters
- Experience with bad faith litigation
- Ability to manage own litigation
- Ability to formulate and implement a discovery plan
- Ability to take and defend depositions
- Ability to evaluate potential insurance liability exposures
- Ability to prepare case assessments and evaluations
- Strong academic credentials
- Proven skills in writing, research, and litigation experience
- California Bar licensure is required
