Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in PAGA and Wage & Hour Litigation defense

- Admission to practice law in California is mandatory
- Juris Doctor Degree or LLM (Master of Laws) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Experience handling all aspects of litigation
- Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues related to PAGA and wage & hour claims
