About the role

  • Employment Attorney specializing in PAGA and Wage & Hour litigation at Fortune 100 firm. Candidates will handle litigation and provide strategic legal advice on workplace law issues.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the national management-side Employment, Labor & Workforce Management (ELWM) practice
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including interviewing witnesses, reviewing documents, and drafting pleadings
  • Provide strategic advice on employment compliance, labor code risks, and litigation trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in PAGA and Wage & Hour Litigation defense
  • Excellent written skills demonstrated by clear, persuasive motion practice and well-reasoned legal analysis
  • Admission to practice law in California is mandatory
  • Juris Doctor Degree or LLM (Master of Laws) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Experience handling all aspects of litigation
  • Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues related to PAGA and wage & hour claims
