Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Full-Stack Engineer, or Backend Engineer.
- Strong background in backend development, API integrations, and system automation.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Comfortable making technical decisions and proposing improvements.
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.
- Proactive, autonomous, and highly adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Enthusiastic about learning and adopting new technologies, especially AI-driven workflows.
- Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar for code generation, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Strong experience with Python, particularly for scripting, automation, and API integrations.
- Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Deep familiarity with JSON-based systems and payloads.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate and/or n8n for workflow orchestration, triggers, connectors, and error handling.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure, including services such as App Services, identity management, storage, and automation.
