Responsibilities
- Reporting hierarchically to the Dealership Director and functionally to the Head Accountant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day accounting operations
- Monitoring specific accounts such as: customers (dunning, following up on debt recovery procedures), suppliers (coding, data entry, payments, dispute handling and filing)
- Cash management, bank reconciliations and bank deposits
- Preparation of accounting dashboards
- Management of special files
Requirements
- At least 4 years of accounting experience
- Good knowledge of accounting software
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a collaborative team spirit
