About the role

  • Technical and Training Manager responsible for implementing training plans for GROHE's products in France. Collaborating with sales and technical teams to enhance training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Design, organize and deliver various technical training programs.
  • Develop and monitor the training plan for GROHE France.
  • Coordinate training activities in connection with the GROHE+ program.
  • Track and follow the group's training objectives.
  • Create and adapt training materials and tools.
  • Communicate, share and collaborate (in English) with the group's training department.
  • Participate in regional and national trade shows to support the sales force.

Requirements

  • Organized and structured.
  • Knowledge and/or practical experience in developing and delivering a training plan.
  • Confident public speaking skills in front of diverse audiences.
  • 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient with IT tools, reporting tools, and a CRM.
  • Comfortable in English for everyday conversations.
