About the role

  • Manager Brand Experience Strategy implementing brand strategies with design consistency at Grohe AG. Overseeing global events, managing projects, and bridging communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • You support the team in implementing our brand strategy within physical spaces and ensure a consistent, high-quality design language across all touchpoints.
  • You are responsible for structuring and continuously tracking our global trade fair and event projects and support cross-team planning for these initiatives.
  • You ensure smooth project workflows, prepare and follow up coordination meetings, and document decisions and tasks for the entire team.
  • You act as the communicative bridge between internal departments, external agencies, and our local markets worldwide.
  • In this context, you assist in creating presentations for decision-makers and maintain internal platforms to ensure transparent information sharing.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Event Management, or Interior Design.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in project or event management, ideally in an international environment with a strong brand focus.
  • Excellent sense for design, interiors, and staging brands in physical spaces.
  • Experience creating moodboards and visual assets for project presentations.
  • Strong affinity for temporary branded events and willingness to take full responsibility during the intensive preparation phase of major projects.
  • Highly structured working style, a passion for efficient processes, and strong initiative in taking on coordinating, cross-team responsibilities.
  • Confident communication at all levels – excellent (fluent) German and very good English skills are required.
