About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Associate at Performance Trust Capital Partners focusing on recruiting early-career talent. Collaborating with hiring managers to enhance candidate experience and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Talent Acquisition team to execute recruitment strategies for entry-level and junior roles across the firm.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for entry-level and junior talent, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to promote the firm’s brand and attract diverse talent.
  • Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and networking sessions (both virtual and in-person).
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve candidate experience and recruitment processes.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in early-career recruiting and financial services hiring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or campus recruiting; financial services experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment processes for entry-level or early-career roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Candidates must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
