About the role
- Intern for Finance & Controlling at GreenPocket, a startup focused on energy management software. You will support finance processes and reporting in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
- Receivables & deadline management: You manage receivables and deadline tracking and, together with your team lead, navigate the world of efficient financial processes.
- Accounting: You are the organizational expert for outgoing invoices, maintain the outgoing invoices ledger and process supplier invoices independently using DATEV.
- Monthly reporting: Your attention to detail will come into its own when preparing the monthly business performance report (BWA). You will also actively support the quarterly preparation of the shareholder meetings.
- Monthly payment run: You add a professional touch to the monthly payment run and stay in close contact with our tax advisor to ensure a smooth financial flow.
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student (minimum 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field.
- Ideally, you have already gained exposure to controlling and finance through internships.
- You are skilled at analyzing financial metrics and have very good Excel skills.
- Your attention to detail makes you an excellent support for the Finance team when navigating complex financial data.
- You convince us with very good communication skills in German and English and a professional demeanor.
