About the role
- Head of Product defining strategy and leading teams for financial applications at Gravity. Managing the product lifecycle and ensuring alignment with company vision and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Lead and build the product organisation: mentor and develop product managers, UX/design professionals and data analysts
- Establish strong discovery practices: empathise with customers, identify problems worth solving, prototype and iterate
- Partner with engineering and UX/design to translate strategy into delivered features
- Use data and metrics for decision-making: define KPIs, monitor product health
- Work with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams on launch plans
- Manage lifecycle of existing products: gather feedback, prioritise backlog
- Act as a leader, evangelising the product vision internally and externally
- Stay on top of trends in the public sector finance software space
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience (ideally SaaS)
- 3+ years leading a product team
- Experience building & scaling complex software products (preferably in enterprise / public sector or regulated domain)
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, agile environment
- Fluent in both strategy and execution
- Data-driven: leverage analytics and feedback loops to make decisions
- Customer-obsessed: empathizing with user problems in the public sector
- Strong communicator and leader
