- Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap

- Act as a leader, evangelising the product vision internally and externally
- Stay on top of trends in the public sector finance software space
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience (ideally SaaS)
- 3+ years leading a product team
- Experience building & scaling complex software products (preferably in enterprise / public sector or regulated domain)
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, agile environment
- Fluent in both strategy and execution
- Data-driven: leverage analytics and feedback loops to make decisions
- Customer-obsessed: empathizing with user problems in the public sector
- Strong communicator and leader
