About the role
- Advisor for agricultural businesses in the Grand Est region. Support farmers in project development and conduct training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Support project leaders and farm business owners in developing and growing their operations.
- Prepare financial forecasts and business plans integrating technical, economic and financial aspects.
- Conduct and deliver training sessions for farmers.
- Support farmers in vulnerable situations by conducting business audits.
- Develop areas of expertise and promote the services of the Chamber of Agriculture.
Requirements
- Higher education (equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5) — Professional Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business Management or BTS ACSE with relevant experience
- Agricultural economic and financial management
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector required
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
- Good listening skills
- Strong analytical/synthesis skills, autonomous, and effective as a trainer/educator.
