About the role

  • Advisor for agricultural businesses in the Grand Est region. Support farmers in project development and conduct training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Support project leaders and farm business owners in developing and growing their operations.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and business plans integrating technical, economic and financial aspects.
  • Conduct and deliver training sessions for farmers.
  • Support farmers in vulnerable situations by conducting business audits.
  • Develop areas of expertise and promote the services of the Chamber of Agriculture.

Requirements

  • Higher education (equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5) — Professional Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business Management or BTS ACSE with relevant experience
  • Agricultural economic and financial management
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector required
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Good listening skills
  • Strong analytical/synthesis skills, autonomous, and effective as a trainer/educator.
