About the role

  • Ensuring operational excellence and training for restaurant staff at Zamp, a restaurant ecosystem with international brands. Leading training strategies and regional process standardization.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational excellence and continuous development of restaurant staff within your region, acting as the primary change agent and knowledge multiplier.
  • Implement and execute the regional training strategy (online and in-person), ensuring process standardization.
  • Train employees in operational processes (shoulder-to-shoulder training), using tools such as the Skills Matrix (Quadro de Habilidades), Training Passport (Passaporte de Treinamento) and Instructor Schedule (Agenda do Instrutor).
  • Facilitate and deliver role onboarding courses, ongoing training and technical content for all restaurant positions.
  • Ensure operational excellence of the Training and Excellence Centers (CTEs) and certify restaurants within the region.
  • Support and monitor the training and certification process for Business Managers.
  • Manage the department budget, controlling expenses and implementing actions to optimize resources and recover financial variances.
  • Lead and develop the field training team for the region, setting short- and medium-term goals, providing continuous feedback and fostering analytical capability.
  • Participate in strategic meetings (RSO, RR and alignment meetings) at both the Coordination and Regional levels.
  • Support corporate areas in multidisciplinary projects and strategic activities as required.
  • Travel regularly across the region as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields;
  • Proven experience in technical-operational training, preferably in the retail sector;
  • Knowledge of L&D methodologies and learning tools;
  • Experience in process standardization and implementing operational best practices;
  • Ability to analyze results and propose improvements to training programs;
  • Customer experience and quality management focus;
