Responsibilities
Ensure operational excellence and continuous development of restaurant staff within your region, acting as the primary change agent and knowledge multiplier.
Implement and execute the regional training strategy (online and in-person), ensuring process standardization.
Train employees in operational processes (shoulder-to-shoulder training), using tools such as the Skills Matrix (Quadro de Habilidades), Training Passport (Passaporte de Treinamento) and Instructor Schedule (Agenda do Instrutor).
Facilitate and deliver role onboarding courses, ongoing training and technical content for all restaurant positions.
Ensure operational excellence of the Training and Excellence Centers (CTEs) and certify restaurants within the region.
Support and monitor the training and certification process for Business Managers.
Manage the department budget, controlling expenses and implementing actions to optimize resources and recover financial variances.
Lead and develop the field training team for the region, setting short- and medium-term goals, providing continuous feedback and fostering analytical capability.
Participate in strategic meetings (RSO, RR and alignment meetings) at both the Coordination and Regional levels.
Support corporate areas in multidisciplinary projects and strategic activities as required.
Travel regularly across the region as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields;
Proven experience in technical-operational training, preferably in the retail sector;
Knowledge of L&D methodologies and learning tools;
Experience in process standardization and implementing operational best practices;
Ability to analyze results and propose improvements to training programs;
Customer experience and quality management focus;
